Why Choose Msj CNC Turning?
Msj is a quality CNC Turning Services company, has cooperated with many companies in the United States, Germany, and Canada for up to 10 years. Fast DMF assessment, and efficient service, is the beginning of our cooperation.

What is CNC Turning?
CNC Turning is a precision machining process that utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) technology to rotate a cylindrical workpiece while a cutting tool moves linearly to remove material, creating cylindrical parts with high accuracy and consistency.
Core Principles:
CNC Control: The entire process is programmed via CNC software, which dictates the tool path, cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, ensuring repeatability and precision.
Workpiece Rotation: The cylindrical workpiece is securely mounted on the spindle of a CNC lathe and rotated at high speed.
Tool Movement: A stationary or moving cutting tool (e.g., carbide insert) is fed along the axis (longitudinal) or perpendicular (radial) to the rotating workpiece to remove material.
